B & B Yoga classes consist of 3-part breathing, stretching, spinal rolls, balancing, inversions, and Sun Salutations. Focus is on the proper form and technique of the pose, requiring you to work, concentrate and experience. During the practice of yoga one is to be very relaxed so the Yoga guide can help you use your strength where it needs to be used, allowing you to feel the proper relaxation, energy and enjoyment of yoga as it should be. After the hard work, focus and concentration has been done, you are left feeling relaxed, balanced, energized and wanting more. You are reminded that yoga is not to abuse the body but to let your body be your guide. Your body will tell you how much you can push or pull.

Classes are designed for any level of fitness. Learn to listen to your body using your breath as guide for movement. Feel the poses adapting to your body. Options are presented and your body chooses the form that fits. Emphasis is on how it feels not how it looks. BACK TO SCHEDULE
