Diane Wanger has been practicing yoga for nine years, first being introduced to it at the 24 Hour Fitness in Bedford. She completed the Living Yoga Teacher Training Program and studies with Robert Boustany in Houston. She attends yoga workshops whenever possible. She feels grateful to have had workshops with Rod Stryker, Rodney Yee, Judith Lassiter, Beryl Bender Birch, Richard Freemen, Manju Jois, David Life and Sharon Gannon, Ana Forrest, Doug Swenson, Roger Cole, Kofi Busia and Peggy Kelley. She loves bringing the things that she has learned back to her students. Diane offers modifications and uses props to enhance the yoga experience regardless of level. She loves to point out the option of doing yoga "on and off the mat." In other words, what lessons do you learn, what sensations do you experience while practicing poses that can benefit you, if translated, to your daily life.
