Merry is an instructor certified by the Sivananda Headquarters in Val Morin, Quebec, Canada. Diane Wanger has been practicing yoga for nine years, first being introduced to it at the 24 Hour Fitness in Bedford. She completed the Living Yoga Teacher Training Program and studies with Robert Boustany in Houston. She attends yoga workshops whenever possible. She feels grateful to have had workshops with Rod Stryker, Rodney Yee, Judith Lassiter, Beryl Bender Birch, Richard Freemen, Manju Jois, David Life and Sharon Gannon, Ana Forrest, Doug Swenson, Roger Cole, Kofi Busia and Peggy Kelley. She loves bringing the things that she has learned back to her students. Diane offers modifications and uses props to enhance the yoga experience regardless of level. She loves to point out the option of doing yoga "on and off the mat." In other words, what lessons do you learn, what sensations do you experience while practicing poses that can benefit you, if translated, to your daily life. Bob Ferry has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1972 and has been teaching since 2001. His class is a gentle yet challenging form of yoga and meditation using techniques from a variety of yoga styles and spiritual traditions.

Jessica Copeland teaches classes that are designed to rebuild your body and store up strength for future use. This is done by moving and holding poses until the muscles start to feel sensations. The breathing stores up oxygen and the mind send messages to the body to heal itself.

Suzy Edmonson is as an occupational therapist and her teaching is designed to help the body restore itself. Her affirmations for the poses help to open the heart and soul to a deeper level. She is one of our upcoming graduates from our B&B Yoga School.

Monika Star describes the knowledge of what's inside the body. She brings her massage therapy training into the classroom. You'll learn about the workings of your muscles while you feel them moving in the vigorous movements or relaxing poses. Monika will ask you questions and meet you were you are at. She is one of our upcoming graduates from our B&B Yoga School.

Shanti Webb is available for massage and subbing some of our yoga classes plus she combines Yoga and Massage while doing private lessons. Contact our studio and we'd love to hook you up!
