The 2007 5th ANNUAL B & B YOGA RETREAT is great for everyone, Yoga student or not!

Previous year's B & B Yoga Retreats were refreshing, exhilarating and exciting!
On the mountainside at Grand Lake, Colorado in the middle of those gorgeous Rocky Mountains, each morning began with a fantastic yoga class in the midst of the mountains at an altitude of 8,500 feet. Throughout the day, we attended sessions, had private massage, Yoga and counseling sessions, went mountain climbing, sightseeing, napping, or shopping. There was plenty of time for meditation and relaxation and personal pursuits. Each day we had three healthy prepared meals.

QUOTES
Marguette Sproule
"You have thought of everything. You have a nature walk, physical exercise, spiritual exercise, emotional support from everybody and thank you very much."
Linda Capuano (Rieki Master)
"I just know there is something really special here. In the last few years I've wanted to be with certain types of folks and now they are coming into my life. I just really appreciate that so much. I had a real need to start doing yoga. I can actually do this. I love the energy here. I feel like I can actually use this. I've become aware of a real need based a lot on what I eat. Spirit has been speaking to me through you because I have been trying to get to a place like this for a very long time and I thank you for that. This has been so good for my physical health, mental health and I'm sure spiritual health and I appreciate that. The music was great and made me feel drunk. I was able to experience true freedom."

Stella Moore
"I want to give thanks. I could never imagined a weekend like this. It is more than my wildest dreams. I'm not a yoga person. I have never done yoga, but now I'm hocked. I'm very interested in the spiritual knowledge and I have always looked inward. You have given plenty of inspiration." I have met a lot of wonderful people and without all the people it would not have been the same. My experience has just been out of this world. You have incorporated so much into this weekend. Everything!! I don't think you could have thought of anything else. You brought laughter, friendships, music, yoga and love. What more could we ask. Thank you".
